Runner in bumper at Catterick tomorrow

The Potassium Partnership's young bumper mare Ellistrin Belle has her second race in the NH Flat race tomorrow at Catterick. There are 6 opponents but the couple of 4 year olds - receiving weight - who have previous form are no slouches, and there are two unraced sorts - Koben Jet & Je T'Aime - who look to be exciting prospects on breeding. So, whilst we think Belle will improve on her debut, it'll be a tough race in which to reach the frame.

Not much luck at Kelso last Saurday

Oh well.....

King Kalium was unable to finish his race in the novice chase, as he bled from the nose. He's done that on a couple of occasions this season, and clearly it is a concern.

Charlie Bucket stuck to his task in finishing sixth in the 2m 6f handicap hurdle, but could never really land a blow from 3 out.
