Perth runners tomorrow (Wednesday)
The Spring Festival circus rolls on, this weeks hosts are Punchestown (Eire, 5 days) and Perth (Scotland, 3 days). And it is to the Scottish venue that we head with a couple of runners tomorrow.
Night Comes In has had just one run so far (in a bumper) and makes his jumping debut in the opening race, the maiden hurdle. He's very inexperienced, and still a little unfurnished in looks, but has schooled well and we hope he can put in a show which provides some promise for the future.
In the very next race, Paper
Roses runs in the mares' handicap hurdle over 2m 4f. She has
sandwiched a good jumping performance at Kelso in between a couple of
forgettable runs at Musselburgh. Her better runs have come with some
give in the ground, so tomorrow's advance going of good, good to soft in
places in not ideal, and there are others in the race who are better
handicapped.
Still, nothing ventured.......

Hexham review
Big Bad Dream ran very lazily at Hexham yesterday, and the run was not a patch on his debut 3rd at Ayr. He proved hard work for Callum and finished 5th.
