And on to Ayr tomorrow, where a 7.30 am inspection has been called as the course is subject to heavy patches of ground due to the severe recent rainfall.

With Haydock abandoned last Sunday, Bollin Fiona is re-routed to Ayr tomorrow where she takes her chance in the 3m 1f handicap hurdle. She's up in grade slightly in the Class 4 event, but she will be suited by the grueling conditions. As long as she's able to lie up with the pace, Fiona should be in contention from 2 out and well, maybe......

Shadow Boxer ran the best race of his career last time when runner up at Newcastle about a month ago. It's easy to suggest that a repeat performance would see him prevail tomorrow, but it's never as straightforward as that. However, he's being going well at home, and we think he can put in a competitive display.
