Potassium Partnership day out at Kelso

Whether it was with foresight that would match Nostradamus, or hastily arranged, the lads and lassies of the Potassium Partnership enjoyed a day out at Kelso races last Sunday. Of course this followed hot on the heels of the owners' King Kalium's victory at Newcastle recently.

The comfort and warmth of their 'box' was never more welcome on a 'winter's day' at the races.

Ann Hayne, one of the partners of King Kalium baked a couple of cakes - based around their racing colours of course - especially for the occasion.

And their could be more excitement coming their way this season for as well as King Kalium, the partnersip also have his as yet unraced half-sister Ellistrin Belle. This mare is set to make her debut in a bumper, as soon as the racecourses dry out a little - yes, I know, probably sometime towards the end of June.....

Nick Bannerman tells us that they have room for a couple of more enthusiasts in the Potassium Partnership. So, if you are interested just drop an email (click here) and Nick will be in touch with full details.
